Took the grandkids ages 8, 10, & 12. They had a blast and so did Nana. Not just for kids-many adults as well. Some easy, some challenging ropes courses. Zip lines were exhilarating and climbing walls… Full review by Valerie F

Yes it is completely optional. When you go to purchase tickets, you have the opportunity to pay extra to do the jump. You are harnessed in very tight and a secure pulley system drops you. It stops of course before you touch the ground. There is a person working on the top and on the bottom for that one specifically. The ropes course is so large that you could go one level and leave if it is too much or you can be up there two hours going up three levels and zip lining across multiple times. You can go and just observe the jump and if they are not into it then no need to pay for it.
