Owner lives on site in the main home. Your apartment is in a detached garage and you have your own private entrance located in the back of the home off of the pool area. Pool is not heated but warms to above 80 in the summer. Spa/hot tub is not available unless pre approved by owner. Everyone that has stayed - loves the room and setup!
