I believe this is the forum for the production in Germany, however I can answer your query! It's easiest to get the train straight into London Victoria. Take the Victoria Line (Northbound) to King's Cross and then change to the Metropolitan Line (Northbound). Any northbound metro train should take you to Wembley Park. Then it's a 5 minute walk from the station to the theatre, straight down the Wembley promenade and turn right as you get to boxpark, the theatre will then be on your right. So that's Chichester > London Victoria > King's Cross > Wembley Park > Starlight Express! I reckon it'd take just over 2 hours. Hope that helps!
