Shiv Kumar Gautam, alias Shiva, the prime accused in the murder of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddique, was arrested yesterday in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich.

The man who shot NCP leader and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique on October 12 outside his son's office was arrested on Sunday. The accused was arrested from UP while he was attempting to flee to Nepal.

The shooter Shiva Kumar along with two other accused were nabbed in UP. They are being brought to Mumbai. Baba Siddique was shot dead by three gunmen near his MLA son Zeeshan's of
