But Archie isn't just any mascot; the team partnered with America’s VetDogs, a national nonprofit providing service dogs to veterans and first responders. The team is helping to co-raise Archie to become a future service dog for a veteran or perhaps a first responder with disabilities.

This is Archie, the team dog of the Utah Hockey Club. Archie, who is named after Arches National Park, is a 13-week-old black Labrador retriever and is part of America’s VetDogs Puppy With a Purpose program.

On Nov. 11, the Utah Hockey Club, America’s VetDogs, and America First Credit Union announced that a 13-week-old Black Labrador Retriever named “Archie” will be raised alongside the team to one day benefit a veteran or first responder in need of a service dog.
