Do yourself a favor, get a stress test if you can, don’t put off and have to do open heart surgery, it’s no fun at all. I can’t stress the importance of cardio , all the muscle strength want help your heart or vascular issues.

I actually saw a colour advert in a local newspaper for an airport bus service and it showed a family at the beach and the guy was wearing speedos! Have also noticed a lot of young (to me!) guys wearing shorts that are at least mid thigh and sometimes even shorter.
