Oct 9, 2024 · National law firm Mills & Reeve advised Cambridge-based Salesforce DevOps solutions provider, Gearset, on its first acquisition as part of an ambitious growth strategy. Gearset bought London-based Clayton, a cutting-edge code analysis platform designed specifically for Salesforce, following years of rapid growth, fuelled by a $55 million growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners.
